I also did this as well. I highly recommend having a professional certified plumber to put in another set of washer connections as for when the machines are draining simultaneously there will be a very high volume of discharge and you could run into back up/flooding issues if your drain line is not adequate to handle the large volume. Also each machine requires a separate dedicated 20 amp circuit. I also recommend a certified professional electrician to make sure you have a 20 amp circuit for each machine to be able to operate simultaneously.

Yes, two Combos can be hooked up next to each other and run simultaneously and independent of each other. ~They need to each have dedicated 120V outlets. ~The drain hoses can share the same standpipe as long as its ID is greater than 1.5”. ~The water hookups can be shared used two adapters as follows: With a short hose and a y-adapter the HOT line can accommodate both hoses for HOT water to each unit; and, with a separate short hose and y-adapter the COLD line can accommodate two hoses for COLD water to each unit.
