The lighting can not be adjusted but it is very easy to see.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The light blue, digital display is very easy to see and displays a lot of information, which helps prevent cooking errors. The brightness of the display cannot be adjusted, but it has adequate glow. The dials are used to adjust the settings, temperature, and time. These adjustments are immediately presented on the display screen. The display has preset functions and temperatures and takes some of the guesswork out of the process. It does take some practice to utilize the knobs effectively, but once you do, adjustments to time and temperature are easy to make during the cooking process if needed. A nice feature allows you to bypass the built-in preheat by pressing the "Start" button two times, immediately beginning the countdown timer.
