It is not a refrigerator and does not maintain temperatures like a refrigerator (below 41F). Red Wine setting is approximately 55F and White Wine setting is approximately 45F. A:AnswerHi - We are sorry to hear of the wet carpet around the refrigerator. We suggest to defrost the unit whenever frost on the wall of the ice tray compartment becomes 1/4" thick. Warm weather, frequent door openings, or door left open can cause warming temperatures. Check to see if a package is restricting the door from completely closing. If necessary, adjust the temperature control to "Coldest". Also, moisture may form on outside of refrigerator during periods of high humidity. See page 10 of the Owner's Manual.
