Hate the GE washer and dryer nothing but problems

Please try again later.The model and sku for the GE - Washer /Dryer Pedastal with Storage Drawer - Diamond gray is: Model: GFP1528PNDG SKU: 6387869 Please note: After the installation was complete and the installers left, we did a load of laundry. The washer and dryer now on the pedestal shook violently and made loud banging noises. I purchased rubber shims (Amazon) to put between the bottom of the washer/dryer and the pedestal to stop the shaking. I also purchased a 4x4 rubber dampening pad (Amazon) and placed it between the washer and dryer to prevent any additional rocking or shaking. Not sure if this could have been fixed by the installers, but make sure you run a load before they leave. Hope this helps
