A:AnswerI had the same issue. Find the model number and go to GE via their website or call them and you can order new ones. They are plastic and somewhat of a pain to install. They run around $50 for a set depending on what model. Once they are in it will make a big difference. Unfortunately you will have to undue everything and then reinstall- not ideal. You might want to tell the installers you needed those and see if they can help.
