We have been using for 4 months and are waiting on pedestals to arrive. What is accurate response and what is compensation for "severe" damage when installed later, when it is finally in stock.

A:AnswerAfter Personally having MAJOR Problems by NOT having them Delivered at the SAME time......It is DEFIANTLY in Your best interests to have the Delivery and service done all at once or at LEAST not more than 1 to Deliver BOTH and 2 to attach Drawer to washer. Make sure you have a spare BLANKET otherwise Your Machine will get all Scratched up like mine did.....just laid it on a cement floor never even asked for a blanket. Thus far Machine and Drawer are GREAT ....Still waiting for Dryer to get done.

A:AnswerGo to the GE site and put your washer/dryer info in and they'll show you what's compatible. I would recommend spending the few extra bucks and getting the drawer. It's a solid drawer and holds a lot, and creates usable space.
