yes and no but Unfortunately, a cracked monitor screen from accidentally damaging it while moving into a dorm would generally not be covered under the 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement plan. The plan covers covered product failures, defects, normal wear and tear, and certain power-related failures, but accidental damage is excluded. You would need a protection plan that specifically includes accidental damage for this type of incident.
