• I'm not positive but I would think so. Worst case, return it to BBQ if it doesn't work.

• Yes - the wifi is handled by the Chromecast - the speaker does not require any wifi capability

• It will as long as you have wifi available. The Chromecast Audio will connect to the wifi and will play through the 3.5 jack to the speaker.
