• You won't be able to unless your sirius app has a "cast" button. Only Google Play Music and other such apps have a "cast" button.. Chrome browser has it as well..

• As long as your sound bar has a 3.5mm jack through which you can connect, you should be able to use the Chromecast App to cast all audio from your phone, including the SiriusXM App.
