• No. The volume is controlled through the device you are sending the music from or from the audio receiver. the Google Cast Music device does not have a physical volume control.

• There is no switch on the device but you can control the volume through your PC, smart phone or tablet. You need either PC, android smart phone or tablet on the same WiFi network to get this to work. Any of these can adjust your music volume.

• Yes you can. You can control through your volume buttons on your phone, and through the device you are playing. Like a stereos remote for example.
