• The picture fills the entire screen from a Windows and Mac laptop, iPad and smartphones - so I would think would do the same for you! :)

• I am able to project the whole screen of my laptop to the TV screen with Chrome cast. You can google the instruction online if you don't know how.

• Yes you can caste content from your laptop as well. But I would suggest you use Google chorme as your web browser.

• yes, just click on the chromecast button on Netflix and it automatically starts on the TV instead of your laptop. Same for YouTube, Hulu, and others.
