I use with Samsung galaxy 3 tab, Note3 phone, Windows 7 laptop. No problems

I use a Samsung Galaxy 3 Tablet to control the Chromecast, also use a android phone to access it also. No problems have been encountered as of yet.

It works with my Note 3 and Tab 2. We got it because our Samsung TV's are are not delivering Media Play properly and it has been a big help

U just need the specific apps for mirroring, and YouTube always convos the video from ur tablet or phone or laptop.
