• You should be able to stream anything to the TV that your mobile device can receive like YouTube for example.

• Yes these are sold for specific regions and countries, as all have different programs, plug ins, apps, etc.

• I think it should work fine, as long as the service of certain apps is available at that country. For example, Netflix is not available everywhere.

• It will display anything you see on your browser. Perhaps, your account with Sky is just for England programmes. Maybe there is a different Sky for New Zealand?

• The device is not set to a location. The service you are using for TV is probably location specific. The chromecast just takes what you send it and puts it on the TV
