My original Chromecast was having issues, lost streaming of some apps, no audio, rebooting fixed it. If your TV is not powering your Chromecast just reboot. I reboot my Chromecast every 2 weeks, just takes a few minutes, disconnect power supply, wait minute and restart, have not had any issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.try to reconnect chromecast to your home network again using the chromecast application for desktop, hope it works ;)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try restarting your Chromecast. Unplug it completely from the wall and the TV and plug it back in. It will reset it. You won't have to set it up again. Otherwise, try resetting your WiFi router by doing thee same thing. It freezes because there's a glitch between the WiFi and the Chromecast.
