It will work with any internet connection including the hotspot you have as long as both devices (the chromecast and whatever you are "casting" from) are connected to it (IE on the same network)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should work. It connects to any wifi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mike, I'm pretty sure you can use your phone with Chromecast utilizing a hotspot.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will need to connect a tablet or computer to your hot spot and then stream to chromecast. If your signal isn't the best you might want to download the movie(s) to the device and then just stream from the device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.actually you just would need a pc or an android device, both with the chromecast app for make connection for first time of the device with your hotspot. the next times you want to use the chromecast it will automatically detect your hotspot and connect it ;) good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only if the signal is strong enough to maintain the demands of the device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The chromecast can only store one network profile. So if you are using it at home, then want to connect it to your hotspot, you will have to use the chromecast app on your phone to reconfigure it to work with your hotspot. There should be no additional tools/software needed for that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The chromecast device requires a 2.4 ghz WiFi connection to connect to your phone wirelessly to stream content.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That Should work fine of course you may not have the best streaming from your internet reception of a cell phone even with 4G
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hotspot works. The shorter the distance between the device->hotspot->Chromecast the better.
