*Assuming you have Wifi, which is universal nowadays. Some apps (say Netflix) may have different contents (or may not be available) in other countries. The power adapter supports 110-240V 50/60hz so it is universal too. You may need a plug adapter, though as the power outlet design is not universal at all.
