• Hi Erin! While the Nest Cam (wired) is a fantastic device, it's not designed to work with solar power. It needs to be plugged into a regular wall outlet. But don't worry! It comes with a 10-foot power cable and a 7.5W USB-A power adapter to make setup a breeze.
