We didn't get the free ear buds and I didn't see a sign advertising them in the store.

Please try again later.Contact Best Buy Customer Service as if this was a FREE offer you overlooked, my personal experience with Best Buy is that they have a #1 POLICY for Customer Service and Satisfaction! This has happened to me before (a FREE offer I missed in an email) and Best Buy took excellent care of me! Call them today, okay?
