Anybody still waiting for their preorders? I ordered the SECOND it went live and it's been delayed.... NEVER again with bestbuy.. null

Yes I'm still waiting. I called support. The person literally told me that they accept as many preorders as they can, and then tell Google how many they need. Despite knowing that they would not be able to get all of them, they still accepted preorders. They essentially have the worst customer service and dumbest business policies. This is my last phone I will order from best buy, I should have gone with Amazon.

I'm waiting. I ordered 10/20 and bestbuy said they would ship 11/26. now the status is delayed and they'll let me know when it ships. the crappy thing is i'm traveling soon so if they ship i'll probably miss it.

I ordered mine in store the day after pre-order was available. My wife got her 6 on the 29th and my pro is currently slated to ship after thanksgiving. The best part? If I drove 2 hours to another Best Buy there was one sitting there in their store. This is proof the pre-order process serves no purpose, as people who did not prioritize ordering the phone are able to get them by walking in off the street. Any available phone sitting on a shelf should be immediately boxed up and shipped to pre-orders in the order they came in. Get it together Best Buy!

Yes similar to others I ordered 10/21/2021 and bestbuy said they would ship 11/26. As of the evening of the 26th the status now shows the order is delayed and they'll let me know when it ships. Tried calling support to see if they could provide any more details about the delay but they were unable to provide more details.

Yes, I ordered it on launch day and still waiting for it a month later. Every support rep has promised an update "very soon" or "I hope you receive it soon". Now im playing please don't cancel my preorder and screw me out of the promo earbuds every 30 days. Best buy has the worst business practices and I regret not ordering from Google or Amazon. Google has at least shipped some of their preorders, Best buy is still taking orders for phones they dont even know if they're getting.

How do you guys have the phone already?! I ordered it the second it was released and the expected date of 10/28 now turned into, well let you know when it's ready with no date in sight. So far my first pre-order and likely last. The longer I wait for it the more negative reviews I'm seeing.. Sort of makes a person feel like cancelling their order. I am not trying to be a negative Nancy, just not a great experience so far.

Still waiting on my pre-order as of 11-1-21. Spoke with customer service, as this is not the first time I have been burned by their pre-orders. I was told it should be 24 to 120 hours before I will have my phone. What kind of answer is that! This will be the last time I pre-order anything from best buy, and may close the account I have had with them for 20+ years.

I have preordered mine the day it launched and last time I spoke with a rep he said to wait until 12/25 for an answer . Whats going on? Alot of the reps keep saying is back ordered and do not have a clear answer of an ETA. Very unpleasant experience.

I got mine early Nov, but still waiting on my husband's. It's said "we will ship it by Nov 26" for a month, but now that it's Nov 26th, it changed to "we'll let you know when we ship it". This is getting really frustrating.

Placed my Pre-order on Oct 21 with BB for the Pixel 6 Sorta Seafoam 256GB (w/ Pixel Buds) and their site still says "This item has been delayed. We're working to get it to you within the next few days" since Oct 28 when it was supposed to be available for store pick-up. It's now Dec 7 and I've lost all faith that they will actually fill my orders so I went ahead and ordered it directly from Google Store, which was now without buds included since it was after the promotional pre-order period. Never pre-ordering anything from BB again. Avoid at all costs. I don't care what the supply chain constraints are or chip shortages if the manufacturer is able to sell and deliver phones directly to customers it means BB is a joke with their pre-orders as they had no actual inventory coming from them.

The most disappointing customer service is what they have. Without any notification my order was cancelled after placing it within10 minutes of pre order window. On November 25th 2021 the order cancelled itself without any notification that your offer is safe and we will notify you when it is in stock. Terrible business practices to load up on pre orders when you dont even know what you can afford to meet. This is not how you treat customers. While its understood there is a supply chain shortage, there needs to be proper communication about how our orders are being dealt with.

I REALLY wanted the Pixel 6 Pro in Cloudy White Color and bought mine straight away from Best Buy store! T-Mobile (my provider) only had the Black in stock. I got a great buy at Best Buy and FREE things with purchase!

I'm now hooked on a couple of TV Shows I otherwise wouldn't be able to view for Free if not for Best Buy, not to mention the security Blanket of their Geek Support. LOL, I even bought the BEST Mattress, ever at Best Buy...Not much you can't find at Best Buy!

Im waiting on the Gran Turismo 7 25th edition I preordered Back in November of 2021. These lazy workers at the warehouse are slowing everything down. Their job isnt even that hard and they cant even do that right. They also complain about minimum wage give me a break.

Simply Ridiculous! Not sure what "PRE-ORDER" means to BESTBUY.. What's the point of Pre-ordering something if by the time you get it, days, weeks or even months have passed after launch day?  This is not the first time and i am not the only person complaining about this issue. It is very frustrating having to deal with the lack of communication and  information from BESTBUY's customer service simply put "horrible business practice". I pre-ordered a phone and somehow people walking into the store and bestbuy employees are able to get it before me. I have to say that i am extremely disappointed and at this point frustrated.

I had ordered 10/20 and they claimed it would ship 11/26. they finally sent an update that they canceled my order. I WILL NEVER PREORDER FROM BESTBUY again. I ordered from the google store yesterday 12/11 and i'll get it 12/16. I dont get the freebie but screw best buy for not being able to handle the orders.

For those who are curious i preordered 2 unlocked pro's a white 128gb and black 128gb on 10/20/2021. They both originally said 11/26 delivery, that day gone and went. every.single.chat. nobody knew anything besides "awaiting inventory". Both orders were going to automatically cancel on 12/10/2021 (per the email). I contacted chat and had them extend the "auto order cancel". I was sick of playing these games so i ordered the same phones straight from google (without headphone pre-order bonus). I told myself who ever gets here faster i will cancel the other order. Low and behold on 12/11 the black pro is available for pick up from best buy. Still waiting on the white pro....

Google also sold out and has to wait for any new orders. Its not best buys fault; google did not think this phone was going to be this hot of demand. Good luck buying from amazon when they up charged the phone so much more.
