• I've used multiple unlocked devices purchased from the USA, in India with Indian SIM. Works perfectly fine. When you're placing an order, choose "Activate Later". That gives you an unlocked device.

• I talked to customer service and they confirmed it is really unlocked and can be used against any carrier outside those that are mentioned in the specs
