This phone is completely unlocked.  Check the specs for the bands that your provider uses in order to see if it would work with your provider.

I cannot tell what exact model you would be getting.  It might depend on where you live or what place you order from and to be shipped to.  You might have to check with Best Buy in order to be sure.  Some models do not have some of the frequencies (as you can see from the above citation.)
