They have a whole pixel-specific support site with documentation, troubleshooting, and FAQs. They also have a community support section for asking the pixel community questions and getting support. Also, there is pixel support via chat/email. It's a step above some of the other support options I've seen in the past, I think. https://support.google.com/pixelphone/
