You can backup your photos to the cloud and access them on the Pixel Tablet. You can also use Nearby Share to send photos wirelessly from your Andorid phone to the tablet. Lastly, you can also copy images using a USB C to USB C cable between your phone and tablet, or transfer pictures to a computer with a USB cable then transfer them to the tablet.
