• Yes it comes with a lanyard and also many accessories that attaches securely to you so that you can do just about any physical activity and not lose it especially like the waterproof handle that keeps afloat

• The HERO7 Silver comes with a Frame that includes the standard GoPro mounting fingers, and it comes with a buckle that allows the Frame to lock into other GoPro mounts. There isn't a specific strap or other kind of tether included, though it could be possible to tether the camera to a rope using the mounting fingers on the Frame.
