Cab the h61c2 be paired with a TV? null

Yes it can though to do it effectivly you need their ai smartbox and or their camera that looks at ur screen with strip around back of tv aswell. You can do it with software like razer synapse and razer chroma but i found easier to get another govee device to link it together
