“Will the sound output be mono even if the tape is stereo?”

• If you are listening from the built in speaker then it will sound mono, if you plug in the earbuds then it will sound stereo.

• The cassette player has one speaker. Stereo requires two speakers. I have many cassettes and I purchased this player because I could listen to them while I walked. Sometimes I listen to the radio while I walk.
