Hello Meme - This model allows clothes to dry without the need for external venting; only requires a water hookup and standard outlet for installation. You will need to purchase a power cord separately. The clothes should fully dry using just one cycle. - TREY@HAIER

Yes, generally you just need to leave lots of extra room. 

Hoses are included, nothing else is needed (no need for vent) and it plugged into a normal socket for me!
