• It is not attached nor do you want it attached to a cabinet because of the heat produced. It is not like a microwave in that respect. The toaster-oven details at Best Buy site should give its dimensions.

• Thank you for your question. Toaster ovens should not be attached to a cabinet as it is recommend you have 3-5 inches of clearance on all sides of the oven for proper ventilation. This includes storing on the countertop underneath a cabinet.
