“Just bought this model (seemingly no model # given). The crumb tray jiggles & lowers toward the door but will not come out for cleaning. Could it poss. be that the tray is designed to STAY inside where it cannot ever be easily & completely cleaned? ABH”

Doesn't make sense, it does come out. Is it possible the tray is inserted backwards - there is a raised lip on front of tray.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The tray comes out. You have it facing in the wrong direction. Pull the rack out and turn It around and insert it. You'll than be able to pull the try out. Make sure to tilt it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The crumb tray should sit flat on the bottom of the oven. Lift the (cooled) front edge to remove, while trying to keep the tray level so crumbs don't spill off. Clean wet messes off quickly, or tray will stain (likewise with the supplied pan).
