a pan sized 13 x 10 will fit without any room for air circulation. a 14 5/8 x 10 5/8 WILL NOT fit in this oven. I bake with this oven placed on formica. it does get hot in the back side so it does need open space around it so because of the heat. I love this oven... have used the bake, circulation oven, and rotisserarie.
