Sonos operates on WIFI and 110 volt electricity, your application is bluetooth and batteries or 12 volt, so answer is no

Unfortunately, I know nothing about the stock system in the Harley. However, I can tell you that as long as your radio has an analog aux input, you can connect the BTA to it without issue. I also don't know about the Helmet Headphone, but again, if this is a Bluetooth Stereo Audio device (not headset audio for phone conversation), you will be able to connect it to the BTA without issue.
