“i only have R, Y, W, G at the TSTAT and no c wire hookup on the furnace board. Can I use this T9?”

Hi KT the T9 Smart Programmable Touch-Screen Wi-Fi Thermostat with Smart Room Sensor will not power up without a C wire. The T9 Smart Thermostat comes with a c-wire adapter so it’s compatible with homes that do not have a c-wire. Hope this helps! -John

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased one for my vacation home. WIFI will not work. Tried to correct. Got with honeywell they said WIFI problem. Got with Internet providers they said they would get back with me. They never did. And I had to fly back to my other home.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would recommend a professional install if no C wire. The C wire is just a ground from what I understand. The red is the power. There is an adapter to put in the air handler but in Florida most have no board to hook to. Just a bunch of wires
