Hi BigBob, thank you for your question. These thermostats will automatically take the time and date from the Internet once they are connected to Wi-Fi and registered under your account. Log into the Resideo app, go to the menu (3 bar icon), select Location Address and verify that the information is correct. If the time is correct but the thermostat seems not to be following the schedule, it could be because of the 'Adaptive Recovery' feature that starts the system before the scheduled time so the setpoint is reached already by the desired time. You can disable the feature by going to the menu on the screen of the thermostat, select 'Preferences', then 'Adaptive Recovery' and turn it Off. - Maria
