“I have a T4 pro thermostat - to replace with this model - is it plug and play or do I have to replace the UWP that comes with this model. Please note I have a C wire connected to my T4 UWP. Also, if you could please suggest other smart T series options ?”

Hi KC, thank you for reaching out to us. You can just replace the face plate of the thermostat and use the same T series thermostat's wall plate. We would just need to make sure that the wiring is compatible, we need to know how many total wires you have and which terminals are being used on the current T4.
