“I installed official replacement filters and prefilters and have a horrible charcoal or metallic smell coming out of the machine. I have run it for 16 hours and It isn’t improving. This is an air filter and it’s intolerable.”

• Exchange it for another one. It might be damaged, mine didn’t put out any smell...
