“True HEPA=FANTASTIC. Suddenly, pre-filter is catching ZERO dust, nothing. Machine running last 1 mo, 24/7 (usually, black pre-filter wld be BROWN now: dusty envrmnt), but pre-filter looks brand new. Pre-filter is NOT WORKING, catching ZERO DUST. HELP!!!!!”

You are using the wrong carbon filter. The holes on your carbon filter is too big. That filter was sold wrongly for that unit. That filter is more for neutralizing odors.
