“Does the indicator light work? we have been using ours for three months now and we are waiting forvthe prefilter to light but until now it does not. We read that prefilter should be change 1-3 months.”

Thank you for your inquiry. The timer is based on the total usage of the unit. If you are not using the unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the filter light will not come on after 3 months, but will take longer as the filter has not been fully used.
