• Not hard at all. It allows you to put in your bed time and wake time and what temps you want to use during those time. You enter your address and it automatically sets up the geo-fencing so your temps are set while away. It also has a vacation setting to save money and energy while you are away.

• The iPhone app is very intuitive and user friendly. It doesn't have a lot of unnecessary options, but maintains good functionality. You can also set up the thermostat via the app or the touch screen on the device itself.
