“Can you leave the battery in the charger at all times OR do you need to remove it from the charger once it gets charged? Also, does the charger shuts-off on its own once the battery is fully charged?”

This product is pretty smart. It waits for the battey to cool down if it's too warm to charge and etc. You can leave the battery to charge and just leave it there until you need it. Like your phone. It will trickle charge once its full. The charger does not shut off when it's done charging. Instead it will just pulsate a steady blue light indicating the battery is finished charging.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.my experience is that charger blinks while charging and when it stops you know its fully charged....dont know if it would damage battery to keep it in once charge...i take it out and put it back in vac once charged.
