I am Not in my house yet, but I’ve started cleaning my vinyl plank floors. I really like this cordless vac. It’s easy to snap off the filter, empty and pop it right back in. My favorite part so far is the way it cleans throw rugs at my daughter’s. She has a short haired dog who sheds really bad. The vac picks up the dog hair and lint without sucking the rug up. I am very impressed.

Vacuum is light, wireless and the head swivels. The charge lasts a long time (am assuming at least 1 hour per charge). Cool product.

18 volt rechargeable battery provides plenty of lasting power, strong wind tunnel action, not loud, light weight, upright position doesn't tip over, one button makes it easy to empty canister, removes hair, fine and large particles, moves well from variable surfaces, power option on brush is a plus, very pleased... Hoover Signature Series is reliable.

This is my second Hoover Stick Vacuum, the first is the predecessor to this exact model. The original is over 5 years old and still running strong, with a new battery. Hence to say, I was very happy with the predecessor to buy the next generation of the same vacuum. The vacuum is extremely easy to use, very light and mobile. Very good suction. Simple to see and empty the dirt bin and clean the foam filter. I have primarily wood and tile floors with a lot of pet hair. The machine does an excellent job picking up the dog hair, dirt, etc on the floor. I have not had any issues with clogs. Really good battery life, between 20 to 30 minutes run time and the battery recharges quickly on the provided charger. The vacuum will make a rattling sound when it picks up something very hard and small, until it gets seated in the dirt container. I have one of these on each floor of my house, makes a quick clean up very easy since the vacuum is convenient and so easy to use. I feel it is one of the "best buys" from a value perspective, for that price range!

I was looking for a cheap and powerful cordless vacuum and I am so happy that I found this gem! Very powerful! Easy to use and navigate around the house, lightweight, powerful suction, cleaning and emptying the can is a breeze, and it holds a good charge. I charge it about once a week and vacuum my studio every day. Good small size, would definitely buy again.

We have a central vac system, but it's a bit of a hassle to pull the big long hose out and then put it back for a couple leaves in the entry or a cat hair tumbleweed. I had been watching the price on this waiting for the sale price, and it finally hit when I was paying attention. Compared to a Dyson V6, I'll take this vacuum any day. I have a 'matching' dust buster type hand vac from Hoover as well that uses the same battery, so it made a lot of sense. Things I like most: Removable battery (can use a spare for longer runtime) It stands on its own Rubberized wheels are quieter than most on wood floors and less likely to scratch Excellent suction (I've not found anything it won't pick up) Works well on bare floors (wood or tile) Works well on deeper pile carpet (my big Dyson stalled on it) Not ridiculously loud If I had to nitpick, the dustbin is a bit on the small side, but it hasn't been an issue. I won't complain about runtime, because a spare battery solves that, and at the sale price, it's less than the normal price for the vacuum and a spare battery.

This is one of the four items I'd replace immediately if it were to die today ( the other 3 are my coffee pot, Sonicare toothbrush, and Interplak water pic). I use this almost daily to vac the high traffic areas throughout the main floor of my house and almost never use the Biissell plug in vac which seems like a dinosaur in comparison. This Lynx is a snap to use, empty, and stow and picks up far more than a regular vac. I recommended it to a friend ( the Queen of Clean) and she's in love with hers as well. I bought this one for my sister's Christmas present and she loves it too.

Love this cordless vacume works great, I have arthuritis and and this is easy to use. Easy for me to empty and remove battery to recharge, Love the fact you can use on floors or carpet. I have a small condo with floors and carpet . Works great !

This is a powerful vacuum in a compact size. I live in an apartment that has narrow hallways and rooms, all carpeted. This vacuum is so easy to move around, without being hampered by an attached cord. This is strong! Just as powerful as my regular vacuum, and much easier to use. I can vacuum the whole place with one charge. I was not sure how it could be that powerful, but it is. I'm amazed at everything it picks up. I have a cat and it gets up everything from the carpet. I'm very pleased with it.

While its functionality is limited, this compact, cordless, upright vacuum does what it does well. Hoover's LiNX Signature Bagless Coordless Stick Vacuum does not come with (and is not compatible with, to my knowledge) any attachments you might be accustomed to using such as an edge tool or upholstery brush. However, if you are looking for a convenient top performing everyday vacuum for general floor cleaning, look no further. This vacuum performs well on hardwood, tile, and carpet. It is easy to clean, and lasts about 20 minutes on a single charge (enough to cover my 1400 square foot home).

Had an old model and when found this newer one one on sell had to grab it. Battery is very good and charges quick. The vacuum is powerful for its size and is great for quick cleanups but light.

This is an awesome cordless vacuum. This is actually my 2nd Hoover Lynx vac. The first one lasted about 3 years before the spin brush motor went out. So I got another with the Geek Quad protection plan. This battery from the first works so now I have 2 batteries which is nice. I seems like the new one is a quieter too and works just as great. I like how it stands on it own. We have a cat and light carpet and I'm always amazed (and disgusted) by how much it picks up. Its light enough to use every day between deep cleans with my larger corded canister vacuum (Miele). I highly recommend this vacuum.

This vacuum will change your life. Broom..what broom? I don’t need it- I have my Hoover linx. No more cat hair on my floor or carpet because I can use it everyday quickly. Light as a feather. Battery life is about 15-20 minutes but it’s enough to do my whole first floor. Put the battery back on charger and it’s ready for next use. 3 others have gotten this vacuum after seeing it in action. Hoover should pay me royalties.

This is my second Hoover LiNX vacuum. I use it a couple times a week for those quick clean ups. It will vacuum my kitchen, family room, bathrooms and throw rugs easily on one charge. I love how light weight it is and the small profile fits under chairs and tables easily plus it doesn’t hurt my back the way my full sized vacuum does. I still use my full size vacuum on larger area rugs but this thing is great on all my wood and tile. FYI the battery from my old LiNX does fit the new one almost doubling the running time if I need.

Got this as birthday gift from my daughter. She has one & thought I'd love it as much as her. This sweeper is fantastic. I use it mainly on my tiled floors & to sweep my carpet in the family room when I don't want to get out my big sweeper. My husband was skeptical on how it would work on the carpet, but he was amazed! It is one powerful sweeper for being so small! Another nice thing is the cordless feature & the swivel head. I just purchased this one for my Mom.

Purchased as a gift for a family member. I have the older version of this vac and love it so I knew they would too. Easy to use, lightweight and powerful. Hold a charge for a good 20 minutes. Love the brush on or off feature. Easy to clean too!!!

I live in a 2bd apartment and it’s perfect for me. I have wood , tile and carpet. But the vacuum picks up good in all my different floorings. I have really long hair and it’s always falling ! This vacuum picks up hair easily. It’s very easy to clean and remove the hair from the vacuum. The battery must charge for two - three hours. So far it lasted me about 17 - 22 minutes until I need to charge again.... Only thing I don’t like is the color is wearing off and I have only had it for two months ? Other than that, I would recommend for an apartment or for small / big areas around the house.

I had recently gotten my floors redone with hardwood and wanted a smaller lighter cordless vacuum. Did a little research and found this one. Went into the store and they had one on demo, tried it out and it seemed to be just what I wanted. Got it home, charged the battery and tried it and it was perfect.

I bought this vacuum during a sale. I just moved into an 800 square foot apartment and wanted something small and cordless to avoid the hassle of a bulky, plug in vacuum. I love it! I get multiple uses from the battery before it needs a charge. It is easy to clean out. It does really well on the hardwood floors as well as the few rugs I have. And it fits easily in my linen closet when not in use. I would recommend it to anyone with a smaller place or anyone looking for something more convenient to use on daily messes.

We purchased the Hoover stick vacuum for light cleaning and it works very well. The battery charges quickly and lasts long enough to go over our entire main floor. The cordless feature makes the vacuum easy to use for quick pick ups. We are pleased with it's performance.
