• This is an Air powered pet hand tool and upholstery tool. It rotate by the suction pulled through the vacuum hose. Works pretty good for us so far!

• The yellow item you refer to may be the inside of the (Clear) attachment that hooks on the front. It is a rotating-roller brush attachment to use on furniture, stairs, etc. This can be connected to the hose and wand attachments to clean blind and drapes also. A great tool !!
