Will this include the physical PS5 game disc? null

No it will not. All collect edition will only have digital vouchers of PS4 or Ps5

Unfortunately Regalia and Collectors edition are digital only...no physical game discs unless they get pushback and change it

I can confirm from sonys website that it's a empty steelbook with a download for the PS4 and PS5 version of the full game, so no physical disc. Bestbuy says physical as in a physical paper with the digital download code.
