“I have a brand new dishwasher, I know the water works as it gets wet inside, but, the soap dispenser isn't opening. The green lights flash off and on so I'm not sure if that means it's done? This is the second one that's been stalled. New ones lol”

I have same experience, but this sometimes happens to other brands and models too. So, I am not particularly complaining about it, but this machine has no controls other than heavy/normal wash.... It is very surprisingly disappointing.

Please try again later.If you have not already done so, we recommend disconnecting the power to your dishwasher at your breaker or fuse box for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists once the power is restored, we recommend service. You may call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have your dishwasher evaluated and repaired.
