A:AnswerI had the same problem with mine. Turn the volume down. Does it work now? I took the whole thing apart and took the speaker out and there was a wire pinched I didn't even splice and fix it I just got the wire in the spot it was suppose to be in when I put the plastic cover back on and now it's fine. Pretty loud too they have it engineered very well

A:AnswerI use a laptop (cable) lock and wrap it around the rear wheel frame and a bike rack.
I suppose that someone with a bolt cutter could cut the wire and steal my scooter. So far that hasn't happened to me. (I engraved my name on the scooter just in case.)
A:AnswerThat’ll depend completely on the airline. Must likely you’ll need to bring it on as carry on, pretty sure you won’t find an airline who allows a lithium battery in cargo. Since it’s a huge piece of gear, it won’t fit in any carry on luggage, so you’d have to check it in as special carry on. For any travels at high altitudes it’s important to have less than 60% battery percentage to not get damage to it. So many people complain about their computers battery not lasting long, but most times it’s because they flew with fully charged battery or charged it to 100% during flight, and batteries chemistry doesn’t work the same at 35,000 ft in the air as on the ground.
Short answer, you need to ask your specific airline before traveling.
A:AnswerThe first charge takes about 5 hours. After that the charges typically take between 3 and 4. However, I usually don’t drain the battery all the way. I take it to the last bar then put it on the charger, rather than waiting for it to die and stall on me. This is best for the battery health, at least to my general knowledge about rechargeable lithium based batteries.
