QuestionWe just received the new hover-1 blast. The battery is fully charged, both feet are on pedals , it's on level ground, but after a few seconds it starts beeping and flashing red. We turn it off and on - hold power button- same issue keeps repeating. Why?

- Answer I'm not sure, but it seems like it works best on flat surfaces. Our sons just use it inside. They easily ride on it on wood surfaces and carpet. The transition is smooth when they switch from wood to carpet.
