Unfortunately, I believe you can only switch over and use Google equivalent. I was unable to use an Microsoft products on this computer

As a Chromebook, this machine is designed to work with ChromeOS. To see about changing the OS to Windows 11, certain parameters beyond specifications must be met - as such, that alteration should be reviewed and done by a professional service, such as your Best Buy Geek Squad.
