Most likely not at the desired Fps you could probably play Fortnite at really low graphics quality at low Fps but to save time either save up for a better one or buy this and upgrade it which is cheaper. I say that a 3.2 Ghz processor with 8gb of ram a Nvidia GTX 660 and 2048mb of dedicated video Ram should be enough to run Fortnite smoothly at decent settings if you want to overclock Fortnite at high graphics best start saving up for that as thats a pretty high price. As for Call of Duty it depends on what one you want the New modern warfare needs some hefty requirements.
