Can this laptop run steam games null

You can, but not well. You'd be able to play simple games like the sims 4 and minecraft (it would be very slow), but definitely not something like resident evil 8, which requires a lot more ram than this computer has. There is an 8gb ram version of this computer for more of a steep price
