• If you're looking at Photoshop, definitely not. Graphics performance is nothing to crow about though it handles Picasa fairly well. I did bump the RAM to 16GB, however.

• It might. However, Adobe Creative Cloud programs use a lot of resources so you would have better results with a faster processor and more RAM.
