It probably wont play games like that as it can barely play those cheap games included with it like minesweeper and solitaire. I didn't try dvd's but since you can barely surf the internet I would assume not and YouTube plays, barely! When I try to watch videos on mine the quality is garbage and the video will constantly stop but the audio will continue. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It could play older Sims games, definitely, though you may struggle with Sims 3 and 4 due to processing limitations and low memory. It does not play blu-ray disks, unfortunately. And yes, you can connect to a hotspot with the laptop.
